The Reception classes of St Bernadette’s Catholic Primary School and Nursery in Kenton were recently formally welcomed into the family of the school. Their school jumpers were blessed by Fr Dermot O’Neill of All Saints Parish, Kenton, in a service which was attended by their families. The children were accompanied by their ‘buddies’ from Year 5 who will help and support them through their first two years at school.
