Last month, volunteers packed over 5,000 SVP Vinnie Packs for the homeless. As the weather is gets colder and more people hear about Vinnie Packs, they are in more demand than ever. We have enough stock to make another 3,500 packs, and we need your help! You can find information below on how to volunteer.
Each Vinnie Pack contains a Thinsulate thermal hat, thermal socks and thermal gloves, a tube of toothpaste, toothbrush, foil blanket, pen and information sheet. The stock is being held in a disused school building belonging to the Diocese and has been sourced with the support of Caritas Westminster.
Date: Saturday 5 December (Shifts from 9.30am-4.30pm)
Venue: Former St John Fisher School, Thilmere Avenue, Perivale, Greenvale, Middx. UB6 8EF
Refreshments: Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided
Parking: Plenty of parking is available in the old school playground
