On Thursday 3 July, retiring teachers nominated by their schools were invited to Westminster Cathedral for a special Mass, followed by a ‘Celebration of Service’ reception.

Cardinal Nichols, who celebrated the Mass, expressed his gratitude to the teachers for their many years of service and their unwavering dedication to their pupils’ education. During the reception, he presented each teacher with a certificate of recognition as part of the annual presentation evening.
