As we prepare to begin this year's Advent journey, this month's Vocations Discernment Group will help us to have a greater openness to Christ's call at this time in our lives. Fr Richard Nesbitt, Vocations Director for Westminster diocese, will lead us in a time of reflection, prayer and discussion on the essential meaning and invitation of Advent and offer us a personal pathway of prayer and deeper attentiveness to God's voice during the coming season of Advent.

The group meets in the Hinsley Room, Morpeth Terrace next to Westminster Cathedral. Doors open from 6.30pm and we begin with Evening Prayer at 7pm, finishing by 9pm. The group is for men and women in their 20's and 30's seeking to know God's plan of deeper discipleship for their lives and offers a place of fellowship, nourishment and encouragement for such seekers, on what can sometimes be a lonely and difficult path of discernment.

To find the Hinsley Room, stand in front of the main entrance of Westminster Cathedral and turn right, walking past St Paul's bookshop into Morpeth Terrace, which runs parallel along the side of the Cathedral. About two thirds of the way down the street on your left there is storey building with a small garden in front of it - the Hinsley Room!
