We announce the sad news of the death of Fr Eugene Lynch SAC, Parish Priest of Our Lady of the Visitation, Greenford. Fr Eugene died peacefully during the night of 31st December 2021 at Northwick Park Hospital after a short illness.
Condolences are extended to Fr Eugene's confrères in the Pallottine Order, and to his family and friends and to the parishioners of Greenford.
Fr Eugene’s mortal remains will be received at the Church of Our Lady of the Visitation, Greenford Road, Greenford UB6 9AN on Tuesday 11th January before Mass at 12noon and lying in repose until prayers at 7pm. The Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday 12th January at 1pm followed by cremation. Fr Liam McClarey SCA, Provincial Rector, will preside at the Funeral Mass.

Lord Jesus, our Redeemer,
you willingly gave yourself up to death so that all people might be saved and pass from death into a new life.
Listen to our prayers, look with love on your people who mourn and pray for Fr Eugene.
Lord Jesus, holy and compassionate, forgive his sins.
By dying you opened the gates of life for those who believe in you.
Do not let our brother be parted from you, but by your glorious power give him light, joy and peace in heaven where you live for ever and ever.
