Hundreds of people gathered in Central London on Sunday 22 June to take part in a Corpus Christi procession organised by the parishes of St James, Spanish Place and The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Farm Street, in collaboration with the Ukrainian Cathedral in Duke Street.

Beginning at Farm Street, the procession passed through Grosvenor Square to the Ukrainian Cathedral in Duke Street and then across Oxford Street into Manchester Square to St James Church, where Benediction was given.

The Blessed Sacrament was carried first by Fr Dominic Robinson SJ of Farm Street parish and then by Fr Christopher Colven of Spanish Place parish. Knights and Dames of the Order of Malta were among those taking part, alongside Altar Servers and children who have recently received their First Holy Communion. Hymns and Litanies in honour of the Blessed Sacrament were sung during the walk as it passed through busy shopping streets and pedestrianised spaces.
