In Pope Francis' message for World Communications Day this year, he encourages us to tell good stories:
'Amid the cacophony of voices and messages that surround us, we need a human story that can speak of ourselves and of the beauty all around us.'
In answer to this call, we have been encouraging people on social media to share their stories of faith with the hashtag #FaithInLockdown, in particular how they have kept the flame of faith alive during lockdown.
This has allowed us to create a social wall filled with the stories which otherwise might fall through the cracks, to create, as Pope Francis puts it, 'A narrative that can tell us that we are part of a living and interconnected tapestry.'
