Initiation of Older Children

The number of children of catechetical age coming forward to be received into the Church in our Diocese grows each year. The initiation process for such children is sometimes misunderstood as a 'catching up' with the sacraments, rather than a process based on the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults. On this page you will find information about the Rite of Christian Initiation of Children together with resources to support the catechetical and liturgical process.
