PA Secretary Property Services Hendon

A PA/Secretary is required to provide administrative support to the property services department offices based above St Joseph’s Primary School in Hendon.

In addition to undertaking audio typing, s/he will undertake some general administration tasks as required

The successful applicant will ideally be a Secretary PA or Administrator with substantial experience in office organisation. S/he must be a good team player with excellent communication and Microsoft office skills, including Word and Excel and audio typing.

It is important that all applicants are self-motivated, organised, can multi task and work to deadlines.  S/he must be able to work to their own initiative within this role.

Hours of work: 18 hours per week(9.30am-3.30pm on Tuesday Wednesday and Friday. Working times can be flexible upon request)

Salary: £13 per hour
