    Calling all Catholic Teachers Event

    The Diocese of Westminster Education Service is hosting an evening to engage with Catholic teachers and leaders currently working outside of Catholic education.

    This occasion is designed to provide information about how best to prepare for a role in a Catholic school and an opportunity to meet with current Catholic school leaders. We will also provide an opportunity to register for a mentoring programme for those who wish to be accompanied and supported on their journey in to Catholic education.

    #RedWednesday London Gathering for Faith and Freedom

    Venue:Westminster Cathedral, 42 Francis St, Westminster, London SW1P 1QW, UK

    #RedWednesday is the time for people of all faiths, and no faith, to come together in solidarity for Christians and others who are oppressed, forced from their homes, rejected from education and jobs and very often killed just because of their religion.
    The event begins at the Nelson Mandela statue on Parliament Square from which there will be Cross and candlelit procession to Westminster Cathedral for a liturgy with music and readings followed by a Reception in Cathedral Hall.

    The procession, will leave Parliament Square at 6.15pm, if you wish to take part in this please arrive for 6pm. To attend the main event, arrive at the Cathedral for 6.30pm. Entrance to this event is free
