October Vocations Discernment Group: Fr Hugh McKennzie on the Faith Movement - Friday 25th October 7-9pm in the Hinsley Room, Morpeth Terrace next to Westminster Cathedral.

We continue our new series of talks entitled "Drawing from the wells..." in which we explore the essential contribution of different Catholic spiritual traditions from the Augustinians, Benedictines, Franciscans, Carmelites and Dominicans to the riches of the new movements such as Youth 2000, Opus Die, the Neo-Cathechumenal Way and the Faith Movement. What is the lasting contribution  to the Church of each of these traditions ad how can we each benefit from this for our own individual journey of discernment.

The Vocations Discernment Group is for adults in their 20's and 30's who are actively seeking God's will for their life, whehter that be to marriage and family life, the priesthood, consecrated life, the diaconate or some form of dedicated single life. We meet in the Hinsley Room, which is in Morpeth Terrace next to Westminster Cathedral on the fourth Friday of every month from 7-9pm.

This month's speaker is Fr Hugh McKennzie, a priest of Westminster diocese and leading figure in the Faith Movement (see www.faith.org.uk) He will be explaining the origins and aims of the Faith Movement and what we
can all learn from it in our search for a life of stronger faith and deeper discipleship.
