    Time:9:30am - 4:30pm
    Venue:Focolare Centre for Unity, 69 Parkway, Welwyn Garden City AL8 6JG, UK

    A Lifeline for Troubled Marriages;
    Retrouvaille is the name of a programme designed to help heal and renew marriages. The word "Retrouvaille" simply means "rediscovery". The programme offers the chance to rediscover yourself, your partner, and a loving relationship in your marriage.

    The Retrouvaille Programme;
    The weekend is not a 'miracle cure'; therefore, the post-weekend sessions have been designed to continue the marriage renewal begun on the weekend.

    This post-weekend phase is as crucial, maybe more critical, to the healing of marriage problems. During the post-weekend sessions, the technique learned on the weekend is further developed and is used to explore additional areas of the marriage relationship.
    How is it organised?

    The programme is offered on scheduled weekends beginning Friday evening, and closing with Mass late Sunday afternoon.
    The 12 post-weekend sessions are presented in 4 days in the 2 months following the weekend.

    THEOLOGY OF THE BODY 2017 FORMED FOR LOVE - Educator’s Day – New Approaches to Teaching on Human Sexuality
    Time:9:00am - 7:00pm
    Venue:St Patrick's Church, 21a Soho Square, Soho, London W1D 4NR, UK

    On 19 April 2017 there will be a one-day seminar for Catholic Educators with keynote lectures from Professor William Newton.

    This day will enable educators to understand the Catholic vision of the human person, drawing particularly, but not exclusively, from St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body.

    We then will explore how this understanding of the human person can be applied to ‘hot topics’ such as same-sex marriage, gender theory, and euthanasia, before moving on to explore different ways to tackle these topics with young people living in our current culture.

    The Symposium will have participants from many different countries, but it is a special joy this year to welcome the Sisters of Life from America who will give the keynote address on Wednesday evening and remain with us throughout the Symposium.
    (6:15 Keynote address)

    They are most inspiring and it is with great joy that we can welcome them to this country.

    Full details along with the registration forms can be found on our website:
