The Catholic Diocese of Westminster is home to the Archbishop of Westminster, Westminster Cathedral, 214 parishes and 215 schools in 17 Local Authorities in London north of the river, Hertfordshire and Surrey and is a registered charity of significant proportions.
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Office Manager to provide administrative support of the highest quality to the Education Department. You will have experience of people management. You will have the ability to multi-task, think and plan-ahead while establishing strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. You will need to be a responsible, organised self-starter with a keen eye for detail who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You must also possess a high level of discretion and integrity in dealing with confidential information.
You will also have the responsibility of being the Director of Education’s PA. You will have the responsibility of line managing three members of administrative staff.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to provide an exceptional level of administrative support and executive assistance the Director of Education and lead the Education Administrative team of the Diocese of Westminster.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week
(9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday with occasional evening & weekend working)
Salary: £36,000 per annum
