A new residential building is nearing completion which will allow SPEC to again deliver residential retreats using all four buildings within our grounds. As a consequence, we have a need for a Housekeeper to be responsible for all housekeeping requirements, across the estate, for residents, staff and guests.
Duties will include cleaning of all communal areas and guest rooms, to ensure a high level of cleanliness is maintained at all times.
Pre occupancy and post occupancy cleaning and preparation of rooms for guest arrival which includes changing bed linen on all beds, most of which are bunk beds, and ensuring that the en-suite bathrooms are spotlessly clean.
Adhering strictly to rules regarding Health & Safety is a must.
The successful candidate will have some knowledge and experience of working in a similar role and have the ability to work on their own initiative.
Hours of work: 20 hours per week
(flexible working pattern will be required to meet the needs of our users)
Salary: £10 per hour
